Your Role The Stellarus Oversight Team is a team responsible for the critically important partnership with Stellarus and Blue Shield of California. The Director, Stellarus Portfolio Management will report to the VP, Office of the Chief Operating Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Stellarus performance across all services Stellarus provides to Blue Shield of California, including core information security, information technology and product acquisition and delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing the Stellarus Oversight Team.

Your Knowledge and Experience

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Requires 10 years of relevant experience inclusive of vendor management, including budget oversight, performance monitoring, policy compliance, operational training, issue resolution, and executive reporting.

Requires 6 years of management experience with direct reports

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams

Requires mastery-level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline, with a broad understanding of other areas within the job function

Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area and change management process

Requires one to be a recognized leader among peers and management

Requires in-depth knowledge of Blue Shield of California's mission, vision, strategy, and the healthcare industry environment
