The opportunity You’ll be part of the largest alliance at EY and one of our fastest growing alliances. As a Microsoft Alliance Sales Executive (MSFT SE), you’ll drive new business, build the EY‑MSFT Alliance in the US, and partner with Microsoft field and EY account teams to secure deals across three channels: clients, Microsoft field teams, and EY account teams.

Your Key Responsibilities • Lead the Alliance sales activity and achieve defined sales and pipeline targets.

• Build relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits and drive direct market sales.

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on the alliance program, MSFT‑powered solutions, and the joint EY‑MSFT value proposition.

• Develop and maintain alliance partner relationships and lead pursuits, including qualification when needed.

• Focus primarily on external selling, engaging with Microsoft, clients, and EY account and industry leadership.

To qualify for the role

12‑15+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, and technology.

Direct and Microsoft channel sales experience.

Experience selling enterprise solutions to Consumer Products and Retail clients.

Services sales experience at a Big 4 firm or other GSI.

Expertise across top Microsoft technologies: Azure/cloud, Data & AI, cyber, and Power Platforms.

Expert client‑management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, and influencing without authority.

Expert knowledge of EY’s alliances, products, and services.

Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and target account profiles.

Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict.

A university/bachelor’s degree.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Technical IT background and/or delivery management leadership experience.

Strong coaching and mentoring skills.

Team‑selling experience.

Ability to travel.

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary between $221,410 and $280,070, plus incentive compensation. (Base ranges vary by location.)

Hybrid model: external client‑serving roles work in person 40‑60% of the time.
