Growth PM at General Medicine , you’ll help scale a healthcare store that makes it delightfully simple for people to take care of their health. We provide upfront cash and insurance prices for virtual and in-person visits, prescriptions, labs, imaging, and more. You’ll lead a small, high-impact team (two engineers and an analyst) focused on
product-led growth
— driving conversion, retention, and overall revenue growth across the platform. Working directly with the
CEO , and in close partnership with the Head of Marketing, you’ll set the company’s growth agenda and build the systems that turn insights into sustained momentum. What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a
scrappy, analytical PM
who’s equally comfortable diving into data, running experiments, and leading a cross-functional team. You’ll design and execute product growth initiatives that span onboarding, conversion, and retention — turning hypotheses into measurable results. You’ll be hands-on in the details but also thoughtful about building repeatable mechanisms for growth. You should be excited to: Design, prioritize, and execute experiments to improve conversion and retention. Lead a team of engineers and an analyst to ship growth features quickly and thoughtfully. Partner with the Head of Marketing on end-to-end funnel strategy, connecting acquisition to product experience. Collaborate with the Chief Economist and VP of Engineering to shape analytics infrastructure, event tracking, and attribution. Identify and size new growth opportunities, balancing speed with rigor. Translate experiment results into actionable insights for product and company strategy. Ideal Qualifications
2–4 years of product management or growth experience, ideally in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce setting. Strong analytical foundation and comfort working with data to define metrics and evaluate performance. Technical enough to manage engineers and scope growth-related features. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and iteration at pace. Clear communicator who can align stakeholders around data and narrative. Startup-ready mindset: resourceful, experimental, and energized by ambiguity. Quantitative or technical academic background preferred (economics, engineering, applied math, CS, etc.). Why join us
