Sr. Account Executive
Remote-based role for Thomson Reuters Law solutions. Responsible for developing account plans, prospecting new and existing customers, and closing full‑solution sales of Legal Tracker, HighQ, Practical Law Connect, Westlaw, and related legal workflow tools.
Responsibilities
Prospect new business opportunities, maintaining a clean and up‑to‑date sales pipeline with 3‑4× coverage of monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage major accounts (revenue ≥$500M), leading end‑to‑end sales cycle from initial contact through renewal.
Meet or exceed revenue and quota targets.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
Update Salesforce with accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of enterprise field sales in corporate sector.
Proven track record selling complex enterprise software to $500M+ organizations with consultative, value‑based approach.
Strong C‑suite engagement, solution‑selling skills, and ability to drive multi‑faceted sales cycles.
Self‑starter with growth mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
Deep understanding of AI’s impact on corporate legal departments and alignment with company mission.
Collaborative partner across marketing, product, and legal functions.
Capable of refining GTM strategy, value proposition, sales tools, and team culture.
Compensation Base pay range: $178,500 /yr – $331,500 /yr. Includes base salary and target incentive. Additional compensation details are provided upon request.
