Inside Sales Specialist
provides superior customer service ensuring accurate and timely conversion of request-for-quote to sales order capture. They work collaboratively with the outside sales team to drive sales and profit. Responsibilities
Drive OTAC (“on‑time, accurate, and complete”) throughout the selling process from RFQ to sales order capture. Work closely with the outside sales team to craft and deliver quotes per the customers’ specifications. Update customers on quote status, including expiration dates and/or price changes. Encourage the Voice of Customer (VOC) to uncover new product development opportunities. Collaborate with and act as a liaison between engineering, finance, operations, and other key departments and the customer during the sales process. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university. Minimum of three years’ experience in sales or customer service, preferably in material handling or related industry. Experience with workplace tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems. Internal passion for helping people and improving processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Places the customer at the center of all activities. Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Company
