Litigation Associate

with

2+ years

to join their team

onsite . This Attorney will have experience with

Medical Malpractice plaintiff litigation , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing injured clients in litigation and settlement negotiations.

Offer: Salary range: $140,000-$170,000, contingent on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with firm contribution Generous PTO and paid holidays

Qualifications: Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York, NY. Must have 2+ years of experience in Medical Malpractice litigation. Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills are required. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and conducting depositions is essential.

Responsibilities: Manage Medical Malpractice cases from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Conduct depositions and appear in court. Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop case strategy.
