Contract-to-Hire Position Overview Licensed Therapist
to provide high-quality therapeutic care to a diverse client base. Therapists will serve
children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families , with opportunities to specialize in: Trauma-focused therapy LGBTQIA+ affirming care Justice-involved populations Other clinical specialties You will deliver both
individual and group therapy
sessions in-office and via telehealth. Key Responsibilities Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, and risk evaluations. Provide individual, couples, family, group, and crisis counseling. Use trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions with diverse populations. Collaborate with prescribers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members. Facilitate or co-facilitate group therapy and support clinical initiatives. Qualifications Must Have: Active NY license (LFMT, LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW). Experience providing therapy (in-person and virtual). Strong clinical and documentation skills. Bilingual (Spanish) Background in
behavioral health
or
substance abuse
settings.
