Apex has an opportunity for an ION?savvy Support Analyst to join our fast?paced Banking Industry client partner on an exciting initiative! The role is a 3+ month engagement providing day?to?day support of the ION trading system and associated infrastructure, troubleshooting trade flow, pricing, market data and integration issues. Responsibilities Provide day?to?day support for the ION trading system and associated infrastructure Troubleshoot trade flow, pricing, market data and integration issues Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions using ION tools Manage multiple concurrent priorities
Technical Skills
Knowledge of fixed?income, derivatives, repo, FX Knowledge of ION architecture, components and integration patterns Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data, risk and compliance Strong analytical skills for debugging production issues Experience with L1 and L2 ION support
Qualifications
Experience with ION support, L1/L2 Knowledge of fixed?income markets Analytical and debugging skills Ability to handle multiple priorities
