You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while leading quality improvement initiatives to deliver outstanding patient care. As the Administrator for designated hospice agencies, you will oversee daily operations, drive clinical excellence, and manage operational budgets efficiently. This leadership position requires you to inspire and support hospice care teams, collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional leaders, and ensure effective transitions and sustained team performance. To thrive in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with an active license and 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in hospice or healthcare settings. A strong understanding of hospice operations and regulatory compliance is crucial. You will need to showcase your ability to work independently, travel extensively, and possess exceptional communication, decision-making, and time management skills. While a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, your experience with Medicaid/Medicare regulations and reimbursement will be invaluable.
