We are looking for a California-licensed attorney with
3 to 8 years of experience
in labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in handling
employment disputes and litigation , including
single plaintiff cases ,
class actions , and
PAGA claims . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic litigation practice and enjoys acting as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Handle employment matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, termination, and wage
and hour issues Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and dispositive motions Prepare mediation briefs, trial briefs, and trial documents Assist in deposition preparation and strategy Provide advice and counseling on employment law issues Represent clients in state and federal courts Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the
California State Bar Minimum of
3 years of experience
