JOB TITLE: CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) QA/QC - Semiconductor

SUMMARY: Quality Control inspection and associated documentation of the architecture within a semiconductor fab and/or subfab.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regular architectural inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and customer contract documents

Work with key stakeholders to plan and organize activities concerned with construction projects; discuss such matters as work procedures, design, and quality issues

Record and organize all necessary documentation to record the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the QA program

Complete all QA documentation and any other reports that are required for the project

Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress

Conduct QC inspections; on tool pedestals as well as design review, inspection, and sign off - based on inspection and test plan, check list, method statement and work procedures

Work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities

Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings

Requirements

Knowledgeable and experienced in construction and inspection standards related to structural steel and welds

Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and current code requirements

Minimum 3-5 years CSA experience

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the Semiconductor Industry

Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards

Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, DWG TrueView, Adobe PDF.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision; Distance vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection.

Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
