The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Contracts Administration (OCA) is seeking candidates for the position of Contracts Administrator 3. This position is considered hybrid with the incumbent having to travel to the agency's headquarters at 47 Trinity Ave, SW, located in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia and local offices throughout the state as needed. JOIN OUR TEAM!!! Pay Grade: K Under broad supervision, develops, processes, approves, and oversees legal contracts and compliance within the guidelines. Monitors performance of assigned contracts. Role and Responsibilities: Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision. Serves as job expert or organization resource in assigned areas. May supervise staff. Coordinates implementation of contracts. Develops and implements contracting policies and procedures. Examines pay vouchers for contractor payments. Insures compliance of project documentation according to established procedures and record retention. May direct and coordinate the procurement and property programs. Performs research, evaluation and analysis for monitoring performance for compliance/non-compliance of contracts. Prepares contracts in compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations and agency/department requirements. Prepares, processes, and reconciles contract documents and reimbursement requests. Processes all construction plans, the contract proposals and contracts for bid. Reviews contract specifications before solicitation and ensures available funding. Takes appropriate actions with regard to contract compliance, progress and corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED AND six (6) years of contracting job-related experience. Two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Contracts Administrator 2 (LEP031) or position equivalent.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

At least one (1) year of experience with DocuSign CLM contract management system or similar contract lifecycle management system.
