The role also involves leading a culture of testing and experimentation, identifying and resolving issues that impact campaign management and player experience, and providing clear reporting on CRM activities to senior leadership. A key aspect of the position is leading and managing a high-performing CRM team, with a focus on recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. Applicants for the Head of CRM position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role within an online casino or iGaming operator, with a strong preference for those with experience in crypto casinos. The role requires a deep knowledge of retention strategies, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel communication in regulated industries. A strong analytical and data-driven mindset is essential, as is the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be confident under pressure, and have exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
