About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Director of Customer Relationship Management to join our senior leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will design and fine-tune player segmentation models aimed at boosting engagement, retention, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include creating personalized user journeys, developing and executing compelling campaign strategies, and continuously refining our multi-channel communications.
You will lead a culture of testing and experimentation, proactively addressing issues that affect campaign management and player experience, while providing insightful reporting on CRM activities to senior leadership. An integral part of your role will be to lead and inspire a high-performing CRM team, focusing on recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar position within the online casino or iGaming sector, with a strong preference for those experienced in crypto casinos. You should possess deep knowledge of retention strategies, lifecycle marketing, and effective multi-channel communication in regulated industries. A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills are essential for transforming insights into impactful campaigns. Excellent project management abilities, confidence under pressure, and outstanding communication and presentation skills in English are also crucial. A hands-on leadership approach, with the willingness to work closely with the team when necessary, is highly valued.
