About the Role We’re seeking a mechanically inclined, skilled Welder to join our team and bring precision, strength, and craftsmanship to our industrial and fabrication projects. In this role, you’ll work with a variety of metals—particularly in structural welding—using your technical expertise to fabricate, assemble, and repair structures built to last.
Whether you’re working from blueprints or adapting on the fly, you’ll be a key part of producing high-quality, reliable work that meets strict safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications. - Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment. - Perform structural welding on components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. - Fabricate and assemble metal components for **industrial and construction applications**. - Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements. - Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to ensure precision in cuts and assembly. - Troubleshoot and make mechanical adjustments as needed to optimize performance. - Follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Welder or in a related mechanically inclined trade. - Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (specify which are primary). - Experience with **industrial, structural, and fabrication welding** . - Ability to read and follow technical documents and blueprints. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. - Physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and equipment. - Welding certification ( but not always required).
