Job Summary:
Were seeking a detail-oriented
Production Technician
to join our
Final Assembly
team. In this role, youll be responsible for assembling and integrating mechanical components into fully finished products. You will play a key role in ensuring that each unit meets our quality standards before it leaves the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical systems and subassemblies using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Perform final fit, torque, and testing procedures to ensure functionality
Work with basic hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Follow build procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and measurement devices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods
High school diploma or GED required
Qualifications:
Experience with pneumatics, hand tools, or basic wiring
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
Basic knowledge of torque specs and fastener types
2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
