Experienced HVAC Service Technician

experienced HVAC Service Technician

Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch). On-call rotation: one evening per week on one weekend per month. Technicians are dispatched from home, with a required weekly team meeting on Wednesdays at 7:15 am.
Pay Scale:
starting $25/h and up, depending on experience + spiffs program
Position Summary:
Provide expert service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
Minimum of 2 years' HVAC service experience
Great customer service & communication skills
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling equipment
EPA Universal
NATE certification is a plus
Commitment to following safety standards and best practices
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
