Business Process Transformation Analyst
The Business Process Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance customer experience, and enable digital transformation. This position partners with stakeholders across departments to assess current workflows, gather requirements, and design optimized processes that align with organizational strategy and compliance standards. The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned. Process Analysis & Documentation Map and document existing business processes, workflows, and pain points. Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and risks. Maintain process documentation, standards, and metrics. Transformation & Optimization Recommend process redesigns and automation opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Support the implementation of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise technology platforms by aligning processes with system capabilities. Partner with IT and business units to ensure process changes meet both functional needs and compliance requirements. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with department leaders and end users to ensure adoption of new processes. Prepare training materials, communications, and workshops to support change initiatives. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions. Performance Measurement Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Continuously monitor processes and suggest improvements. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification preferred. Experience: 25 years in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation roles. Experience with ERP/CRM implementations or digital transformation projects a plus. Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience of seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of the stated minimum requirements. Must a valid State of Florida driver's license Preferred Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited college or university in related field. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA. Prosci Change Management or similar. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Strategic and systems thinking principles and practices that support organizational transformation. Data analytics, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement methodologies. Enterprise financial systems, data platforms, and process improvement tools that enhance operational efficiency and transparency. Change management strategies, project management frameworks, and organizational development concepts. Analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions and performance outcomes. Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve enterprise-wide objectives. Building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering alignment across departments and organizational levels. Applying technical proficiency to oversee and optimize enterprise systems and process transformation initiatives. Think strategically and systemically to align divisional and organizational goals. Physical Ability: Tasks require the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 10 pounds). Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.
