$51.72/hr - $51.72/hr Responsibilities Lead social research projects for our clients branded television marketing team, measuring sentiment and conversation through social listening for TV and film titles across multiple channels. Partner with stakeholders to define campaign-specific KPIs, measure performance, establish benchmarks, and communicate insights to senior leadership. Deliver social insights and actionable recommendations to internal teams regarding title and audience performance. Advise on evolving social strategies throughout campaign lifecycles as new data and audience trends emerge. Collaborate with marketing teams to inform strategies that drive high-impact moments around title launches, announcements, and key press events.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in social media insights, analytics, or research within a content-driven or entertainment environment. Bachelors degree required. Deep understanding of social platform tools, analytics, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, X, and other key platforms. Experience managing dashboards and reporting workspaces through vendors such as Sprinklr, Quid, or ListenFirst. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to distill data into clear insights.
