Mid-Level Contract Support (MCS)Position Summary
Provide comprehensive acquisition support requiring knowledge of FAR, VAAR, and federal procurement policies. Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analyze cost/price data. Draft and review solicitations, SOWs, and other acquisition documentation. Assist in development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs). Coordinate with technical experts to ensure accurate procurement documentation. Support pre- and post-award functions including contract modifications and option exercises. Advise stakeholders on acquisition planning and business decisions. Analyze pricing data to support price reasonableness determinations. Prepare reports and ensure acquisition activities align with FAR/VAAR guidance. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 24 semester hours any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, and organization and management. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant acquisition experience within the last five (5) years. Proficiency in eCMS, SAM.gov, FPDS-NG, CPARS, and Microsoft Office. Favorable background investigation and PIV issuance U.S. Citizen
