The Sourcing Strategy Analyst will be responsible for: Crafting and managing RFx events utilizing an eSourcing platform. Working closely with internal teams to develop Statements of Work and collect project requirements. Ensuring timely sourcing processes and communicating potential risks that could affect project delivery. Assisting in proposal evaluations, creating total cost of ownership (TCO) models, and performing should-cost analyses. Analyzing spend data, usage patterns, and budgets to uncover savings opportunities. Tracking and reporting project savings to executive leadership. Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and other departments to facilitate contract execution. Qualities we're looking for in the Sourcing Strategy Analyst: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, finance, or analytics (3+ years preferred). Willingness to travel independently up to 5%. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; adept at working with large datasets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is beneficial. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with eSourcing platforms and contract management is advantageous.
