About the Role

Position: Hardware Asset Manager (Corporate) Missoula, MT

Compensation: $25.20 per hour (mid?rate, location and experience dependent). Full salary range and benefits detailed in the offer.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate hardware asset records in ServiceNow, including serial numbers, purchase dates, asset tags, and location.
  • Manage the full asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, tracking deliveries and coordinating decommissioning.
  • Configure HAM Pro settings, custom fields, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational needs.
  • Set up asset categorization and tagging for efficient reporting and analysis.
  • Manage user access and roles within HAM Pro to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Generate reports on asset utilization, maintenance costs, compliance status, and create dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Analyze asset data to identify trends and cost?saving opportunities.
  • Integrate HAM Pro with other ServiceNow modules (Incident Management, CMDB) and external systems (procurement tools, accounting systems).
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate asset data collection, provide training and support for HAM Pro, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct quarterly physical inventory of IT assets and work with finance to finalize results.
  • Administer user access for corporate accounts (FedEx, UPS, Staples, Strive) in coordination with Corporate Operations Specialists.
  • Ensure disposal regulations are met, documentation maintained, and vendors audited; manage disposition choices and evaluations.
  • Review service level agreements (SLAs) for new hardware deployments and perform trend reporting on SLA performance.
  • Prepare for audits, review feature enhancement requests, and prioritize accordingly.
  • Participate in community forums, local user groups, and knowledge events to expand ITOM expertise.

Qualifications
  • Education: Equivalent bachelors degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in hardware asset management and ServiceNow configuration.
  • Skills: Intermediate MS Excel, proficient with all MS Office applications, effective written and verbal communication, strong organizational and customer?service skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, regular reliable attendance, problem?solving, and decision?making skills.
  • Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the US; Glacier Bancorp does not sponsor work visas.
