The Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions at our Dothan, AL manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent, enhancing employee retention, fostering engagement, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Process
    • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract skilled candidates for various manufacturing roles.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Attend various local recruiting events to help drive interest in open roles and increase Employer Brand Awareness.
  • Employee Retention
    • Implement retention programs to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and job satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
  • Safety and Compliance Focus
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, safety standards, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports as needed.
    • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Talent Management & Leadership Development
    • Develop and mentor a high-performing manufacturing facility team capable of supporting the company's scaling operations.
    • Support the Talent Management process through performance reviews, regular check-ins, and succession planning.
    • Foster a culture of recognition, collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity aligned with Identiti's core values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, safety regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
