Provide guidance to the litigation team. Taking and defending depositions of parties and witnesses. Making court appearances. Reviewing drafted documents from staff. Trial preparation. Settlement negotiations. Settlement/dispositive proceedings (Mediations, arbitrations, etc.) Provide legal opinions to clients. What You Need for this Position Minimum 1-3 years of personal injury litigation experience as an attorney. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Be able to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Be able to handle a large case load. Strong legal research and analysis. Strong legal writing skills. Law and motion experience. Well organized and detail oriented. Reliable and punctual.
