Position Overview The Real Estate Attorney will provide legal guidance and support in various aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. This role involves advising clients on matters related to property acquisition, leasing, financing, and development, while also representing them in negotiations and disputes.

Key Responsibilities Conduct title reviews and surveys for real estate transactions Advise clients on real estate transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions Draft and negotiate real estate leases and financing agreements Review and interpret contracts and legal documents related to commercial real estate Assist in the development of commercial real estate projects Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation Provide legal counsel on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance issues Coordinate with real estate brokers, developers, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Barred in CA 5+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate Strong understanding of real estate transactions, financing, and leasing Nice to have: acquisition, disposition, and development experience Excellent negotiation and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Benefits Medical (PPO and HMO options) Dental Vision FSA and HSA Life Insurance (1 years salary) ADD Short and Long term disability 401K (no match) Hospitalization, Critical Illness, Accident, Pet insurance EAP - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
