*About the Role* Were looking for a Tier II Service Technician with strong technical skills and a hands-on approach to support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, assisting clients remotely, performing onsite visits, and getting involved with physical device setups and troubleshooting.

*Responsibilities*

* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets from Tier I technicians * Perform onsite visits for hardware deployment, networking issues, and user support * Install, configure, and support workstations, servers, and related equipment * Assist with network setups, cabling, and hardware installations * Document all work performed in our ticketing system and communicate updates clearly to clients

*Requirements*

* 24 years of IT support experience, preferably in a managed services or help desk environment * Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common networking technologies (routers, switches, firewalls) * Strong understanding of business technology environments and device configurations * Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills * Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record (company vehicle provided for travel) * Ability to lift and transport computer equipment (up to 50 lbs)

*Preferred Qualifications*

* CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications * Prior experience with MSP tools (e.g., RMM platforms, ticketing systems) * Familiarity with Office 365 administration, Azure, or endpoint management tools

*Benefits*

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
