The
Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst
is responsible for working with stakeholders to define, analyze and document the Dynamics 365 CRM software and process flow requirements for enhancements as well as identify opportunities for new and/or improved functionality and processes while building trusted relationships with internal clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the Corporate Office located in Superior, Wisconsin.
Core Responsibilities:
Implementing, analyzing enhancing, modifying and testing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application to meet business requirements in the areas related to sales, operations, finance and other functional areas. Continuously improving business processes and performance within Dynamics 365 CRM. Analyze the Dynamics 365 CRM system and processes to define alternative solutions and functional specifications to solve system related issues. Work with users to support the Dynamics 365 CRM business applications and investigate operation problems or system requirements. Provide the primary analysis to recommend modifications to external software packages or processes to meet business requirements. Provide support and maintenance to the existing Dynamics 365 CRM system.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a must and should include both on-premise as well as cloud deployments Proven experience in business analysis and solution architecture within the Microsoft platform Experience working with ERP systems; EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards) preferred Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, KingswaySoft, SSIS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills Keen attention to detail Highly self-motivated and directed Strong understanding and ability to demonstrate project management skills Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into system, issues and products as required. Demonstrate good analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to internal system issues and third-party applications as required. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language High level of business insight along with process and business application knowledge Logical and efficient. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong customer service orientation Proven success working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
