abra is Hiring Dynamics System Analyst for a Strategic Defense Project
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics System Analyst to join a high-impact project in the defense sector. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Analyze and define business requirements for CRM systems, with a focus onMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce functional and technical specifications.
Configure and implement CRM components: entities/tables, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Business Process Flows.
Manage security roles, permissions, and team structures within the CRM.
Work with Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Support CRM deployments in both production and test environments.
Collaborate with internal departments such as customer service, marketing, and field operations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis mandatory. At least 2 years of hands-on experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMmandatory. Strong knowledge of core Dynamics 365 modules:Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service. Proven ability to translate business needs into system specifications and configurations. Experience with CRM implementation, customization, and integration. Familiarity with Power Platform Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience working in production and test environments. Experience with UML and structured analysis methodologies. Proficiency in project and requirements management tools such asAzure DevOps, Jira, Confluence. Advantage: experience in QA processes, user training, and writing test and implementation documents (STP, STD).
