Outbound Sales Representative
to help us expand our customer base and strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and cold call potential shippers to introduce brokerage services and generate new business. Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads using outbound sales strategies (calls, emails, social media). Set appointments and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients. Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking leads, sales activities, and customer interactions. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay current on freight trends, market rates, and competitor activity. Qualifications
3 years of freight brokerage sales experience Must have a pipeline Must be able to have immediate results within 30 days. Strong phone presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.). Knowledge of freight modes (FTL, LTL, Intermodal) and logistics terminology a plus. Ability to handle rejection professionally and persevere to close deals. HIGHLY PREFERRED:
Must have a pipeline and previous experience in Freight Brokerage Sales
