Project Managers

Estimators
who bring experience in high-voltage, substation, or related electrical construction and want to grow their careers with a stable, well-capitalized, and forward-thinking organization. What Youll Do
Lead substation and power infrastructure projects from planning and estimating through construction and closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, field execution, and subcontractor performance. Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement, and safety teams to ensure compliance and project success. Oversee documentation, reporting, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve field issues, manage change orders, and drive safety-first project delivery. What You Bring
3+ years of experience managing or supporting substation or electrical infrastructure projects. Background in utility, EPC, or high-voltage electrical construction. Strong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and contract management. Proven ability to coordinate across field and office teams. OSHA 30 and/or First Aid/CPR certifications preferred. What Youll Do (Estimating)
Prepare detailed cost estimates for medium- and high-voltage construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, and scope to perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor/material pricing. Support bid strategy, vendor and subcontractor engagement, and proposal preparation. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align estimates with constructability and schedule. Contribute to continuous improvement of cost databases and estimating tools. What You Bring (Estimating)
3+ years of estimating experience in electrical, utility, or industrial construction. Strong ability to interpret drawings, technical specs, and construction documents. Proficiency in Excel and estimating software (HeavyBid or equivalent a plus). Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience in substation or power delivery estimating preferred. Why Join
