LHH is recruiting on a Senior Accountant position with a large and well known organization in Westlake, TX. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant that is ready to take the next step in their career by leading projects and supervising staff. The company is known for their great culture and world-class accounting department.

The salary range for this position is 95K-98K, plus performance bonus and offers 2 days work from home.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and review of journal entries

Prepare various types of reconciliations and ensure that the different balances are correct

Partner with both internal and external auditors

Work with various different business units and assist with troubleshooting processes where necessary

Ensure that GAAP compliance is met and maintained

Prepare financial reporting packages for upper-level management

Complete various ad-hoc projects when necessary

Indirectly supervise a team of more junior-level members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or CPA candidate is a plus

3+ years' of working experience within public accounting or large corporate environment

Advanced skills within Excel as well as previous working experience

Proficient verbal and written communication

Pay Details:

$95,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year
