Accounting Specialist
Our client based in Phoenix, AZ is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Role Overview:
Assist the controller with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations Process and enter accounts payable for payment Invoice clients and ensure timely payments Follow up with past-due clients to facilitate payment process Reconcile accounts and report any discrepancies Support in preparing financial reports and statements Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team player Ability to work independently Features & Benefits:
