Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in putting together Automatic Safety Doors. You will work with riveting, sheeting, and gluing on very thin stainless steel, requiring a strong ability to read measurements. Your role will involve adding adhesive to fabric materials, folding fabric according to specifications, and performing highly repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
Assemble Automatic Safety Doors using riveting and sheeting techniques.
Work with thin stainless steel and apply adhesives accurately.
Fold fabric materials according to detailed specifications.
Handle small pieces with patience, particularly in the Assembler Polyclutch section.
Participate in heavy lifting and handle greasy components in the Assembler Repairs section.
Engage in buffing and grinding as part of the assembly process.
Use hand and power tools effectively.
Assemble covers for machines, ensuring precision and quality.
Essential Skills
2+ years of Mechanical Assembly experience.
Proficient in reading measurements.
Ability to work with hand and power tools.
Experience in buffing and grinding.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Patience and a liking for multistep processes.
Interest in cars and mechanical repairs.
Ability to handle repetitive and monotonous tasks.
