About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance Strategy and Transformation to lead a company-wide transformation of the finance operating model and systems modernization. This strategic executive role is pivotal in shaping operational excellence, with a focus on AI investment, organizational and capital structure, and long-term financial planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise AI strategy and transformation enablement, serving as the executive lead for GTM-related transformation programs, and aligning business priorities across various functions. Key responsibilities also include strategic finance and investor relations, financial automation assessment and enablement, and financial systems and process modernization.

Applicants for the Vice President, Finance Strategy and Transformation role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive leadership in finance, finance strategy, or transformation, preferably in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments. The role requires experience in leading complex transformation programs, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or relevant advanced degree.
