Job Title: Project Manager Location: Denver, Colorado Type: 12 month Contract Compensation: $86.00 - $89.00 hourly Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Hours: Monday and Fridays remote, Tuesday - Thursday in office System One is currently seeking a Project Manager on a 12 month contract position located in Denver, CO. Project Manager Responsibilities: Manages capital improvement projects for the company's gas system, specifically non-pipeline assets such as regulator stations, odorization facilities, compressor stations, and other fixed assets. Responsible for overseeing full project life cycle from concept to close-out: funding requests, engineering coordination, stakeholder engagement, procurement (quotes, POs, vendors), execution and finalization. Projects include replacements, relocations and upgrades. Manage project deliverables based on project phase. Regular coordination with internal teams (engineering, operations, SMEs and procurement) and external stakeholders (vendors, cities, municipalities). No daily task assignment; PMs follow the project lifecycle and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders communication. Project Manager Requirements: Communication and stakeholder management Project lifecycle management/organization Accountability and ability to drive timelines Budget adherence Coordination across multiple teams 5-7 years as a Project manager, preferably with gas utility experience Combination of 2-3 years gas experience plus PM background is acceptable PMP certification and Engineering background preferred Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum) Prior experience in gas utilities, pipeline facilities, or refineries System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
