About the Role
Our client in the
Automotive Manufacturing
industry is seeking a skilled
Electrical Automotive Technician
to join their Manufacturing Department. This role supports the Production Team and focuses on electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and rework of vehicles. Experience with European vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities
Perform end-of-line (EOL) testing, failure analysis, and rework
Support and improve manufacturing processes
Collaborate with Quality & Process teams to enhance procedures
Conduct rework on offline vehicles
Participate in data collection and analysis
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Report EHS concerns and workplace hazards

Qualifications
5-7 years of end-of-line experience in the automotive industry
Strong electrical diagnostics skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Technical and analytical aptitude
Basic understanding of electrical components (amperage, voltage, OHMs)
Fluent in English
