Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing quality assurance department, supporting cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.

$85-95/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

Develop and integrate quality and functional checks into the manufacturing process to ensure product excellence.

Conduct root-cause analysis for assembly-related issues to identify and implement effective solutions.

Design, implement, and optimize the End-of-Line (EOL) testing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Create and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, and quality data analysis to drive continuous process improvements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Quality, Vehicle Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Software teams to resolve quality and design issues during manufacturing.

What's Needed?

Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

8-10 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering roles.

Proficiency in creating FMEA processes, Control Plans, and APQP documentation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Experience with quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9000 is preferred.

Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience

Process Improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma / Shainin)

CATIA V5/V6 experience
