7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Days:
Monday through Friday Responsibilities:
Create work orders based on customer sales orders. Issue and close materials for all work orders in the ERP system. Route work orders to appropriate work sites in alignment with revenue and production goals. Review orders to determine if specialty materials are required; collaborate with the Buyer to ensure timely procurement and availability. Develop, maintain, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for dry filtration production. Assist in creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings as needed. Monitor and maintain inventory levels; generate tracking reports and perform accurate data entry. Coordinate with production floor personnel to resolve scheduling or material availability issues. Support continuous improvement efforts in production and inventory control processes. Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience:
1-2 years of experience in inventory and production control within a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD.
Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as purchase orders, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare and interpret data quickly and accurately.

Pay Details:
$19.00 per hour
