Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr Financial Systems Analyst SAP to join their team. As a Sr Financial Systems Analyst SAP, you will be part of the Corporate Financial Systems department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $41-54/hr DOE plus OT/Benefits
What's the Job?
Lead and support SAP deployments, site transitions, and system enhancements in collaboration with ERP and business teams.
Analyze business processes and system requirements to support transition and deployment activities.
Manage data mapping, conversion, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-deployment support.
Troubleshoot SAP production issues and develop or enhance financial and business solutions.
Ensure comprehensive testing and validation of solutions to maintain data integrity and compliance.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP experience.
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and their impact on financial modules.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
