Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of the Shared Services department supporting the accounting and payroll teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.

$40-$45/hr
Duration:
3+ months (potential for temp to hire)
What's the Job?
Process approximately 100 invoices per day accurately and efficiently.
Review, verify, and adjust invoices flowing through multiple systems.
Understand and maintain the full AP process flow from receipt to payment.
Communicate effectively across departments, including payroll and other shared services teams.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies and supporting month-end activities as needed.
What's Needed?
2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a corporate environment.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; exposure to multiple systems preferred.
Proficiency with Excel is a plus.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently once trained.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
