Venn Telecom is growing fast across the
Benelux region
and is looking for a
Junior Inside Sales
to support our commercial development.
This position combines
inbound lead qualification
and
outbound prospecting
for our
standardised connectivity solutions
- ideal for someone who wants to start or strengthen a career in B2B sales within an international telecom & technology environment.
As part of the Sales team, you’ll work closely with experienced
Regional Sales Managers
to generate opportunities, qualify prospects, and support ongoing customer relationships.
How you’ll make an impact
Manage accounts of the designated sector.
Qualify
inbound leads
received through marketing campaigns, website, or existing account.
Conduct
outbound outreach
(calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities within the Benelux.
Prepare and send
commercial proposals
for standardised connectivity packages.
Route complex or high value leads to the relevant
Sales Manager .
Maintain
regular contact
with smaller accounts in your territory to ensure satisfaction and renewal.
Log and update all lead and customer activity in
Odoo CRM
(pipeline management, opportunity stages, follow-ups).
Support
marketing and partner campaigns
by engaging with prospects after events or webinars.
What you’re great at
Strong communication and listening skills - comfortable engaging with B2B customers by phone, email, and online.
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn modern sales techniques.
Experience with a
CRM (Odoo preferred)
or strong willingness to learn.
English and Dutch required, French is a plus.
What you bring
0–2 years of experience
in inside sales, telesales, or customer support.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Some B2B exposure is a plus, but
motivation and attitude
matter most.
Comfortable working in an
international, fast-paced environment .
Ambition to grow into a
Sales Manager
role in the future (mentoring and training provided).
