Job Description As a successful
Area Sales Manager - Hunter for Medical Equipment - Benelux , your responsibilities are:
Lead the development and the implementation of strategic sales plans in the BeNeLux, with the possibilities to extend the scope in the Nordics countries.
Identifying and creating new business opportunities with the Pharmaceutical and the Bio-tech industries in order to build & maintain a strong network
Fostering relationships with existing clients by applying a structured and analytic commercial approach.
Leverage industry and customer network to create new or strengthen customers relationships and propose cross‑selling
Coordinating with the sales, the after sales and the marketing departments to reach business goals
Preparing reports on market trends, competition, and new opportunities
Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service
The Successful Applicant As a successful
Area Sales Manager - Hunter for Medical Equipment - Benelux , you should have:
A Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Biotechnology or Economics
+3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales or technical sales
Previous experience or network in the Pharma /Bio tech industry is preferred
Strong hunting strategy coupled with strong analytic skills to identify market trends and opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to travel in up to 40/50% of the time
Fluent in English and French Dutch is mandatory
