Our client, a leading organization in cloud computing and data center operations, is seeking a Technical Support Tech I to join their team. As a Technical Support Tech I, you will be part of the Data Center Operations Department supporting server and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Computer Hardware Technician

Location:

On-Site - New Albany, OH, US

Pay Range:

$23.50/hr.

Schedule:

REQUIRED 12-hour shifts - alternating 3 Days/4 Days per week

Front-Half Days:

Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday

What's the Job?

Maintain and troubleshoot server and network hardware within a data center environment.

Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.

Communicate advanced technical information to individuals of varying technical knowledge.

Support hardware infrastructure of cloud computing server technologies.

Contribute to inter-team and intra-team collaboration and development.

What's Needed?

12 months of data center experience.

1+ year of Computer Hardware experience.

1+ years of Computer Networking experience.

1+ year of Linux Operating Systems experience.

Technical aptitude, analytical skills, and strong situational awareness.
