Disney Advertising Sales drives the advertising revenue across platforms for the entire media portfolio – including ABC, ESPN, Hulu, Freeform, FX, National Geographic, Disney Channels Worldwide, and more. The Sales Enablement team’s mission is to provide unified client service experience with ease and automation to more effectively drive revenue. Our CRM & Analytics Team provides sales with streamlined tools and process needed to more effectively manage sales pipeline, deal analytics and customer relationship management.

Job Overview and Responsibilities This role will support the strategy, planning and execution of business opportunities for core
Advertising Experiences, Sponsorship, Metadata and Ad Policy marketplaces
(with an emphasis on Policy and Metadata) that will improve utilization of current toolsets to drive additional revenue, consistency or support operational efficiencies.
Support enabling the business Vision, Strategy, Implementation & Support for products, technology and workflows that drive goals and efficiencies
Leverage business & system knowledge tosupport business needs with Ad Platforms. Sales Enablement leads the cross-functional conversations, alignment, readiness, and implementation across, Legal, RYM, Ad Ops, Traffic, Sales, Ad Platforms, Data, Marketing/Solutions, Research, Measurement and Finance. Sales Enablement is the central point of contact across the business teams
Support executing business readiness, product requests (intake), Data management, UAT testing, Daily System Support, Training, Communications and Legal alignment that ensures the successful business deployment of products and workflows across the Ad Sales organization.
Experience and Skill Qualifications
At least two (2) years within a product management, ad operations, or media planning type role, preferably in digital, programmatic; or equivalent business work experience.
Exposure to/experience with ad sales and ad tech
Track record of collaboration, consensus-building and project management across functional areas and levels of seniority
Knowledge of and enthusiasm for emerging media and technology
Excellent analytical skills (Excel) with the ability to present complex data simply (Salesforce dashboards, PowerPoint)
Practical, with ability to prioritize work and make recommendations based on analysis and input from stakeholders
Strong strategic skills that provide business insight and support decision-making
Ability to lead meetings, listen and communicate effectively across functions / levels
Adept at simultaneously managing multiple work streams and prioritizing work that has the most impact and urgency
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A flexible team member who is willing to jump in as needed
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $75,500 to $101,200 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
