As we continue to expand in the
DACH region , we are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to strengthen our presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and drive new business opportunities across the ERP/D365 market.
Tasks Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy for the
DACH region
(focus on Germany and Austria).
Drive
outbound lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity creation .
Manage the
entire sales cycle
from first contact to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain a strong
pipeline of ERP/D365 opportunities .
Present and position solutions to
C-level executives and senior stakeholders .
Negotiate contracts and achieve/exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with Everwares consulting and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.
Requirements Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience
in ERP solutions, ideally with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
Proven track record of
closing deals
and exceeding quotas.
Strong experience in
outbound sales and opportunity generation .
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in
German and English ;
French is a strong plus .
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment .

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and growth. The base salary for this position starts from
€85,000 for junior candidates , with higher packages available depending on experience and proven sales success. In addition, an attractive commission structure ensures strong earning potential for high performers.
