We’re looking for a

Senior E-commerce Sales Specialist

to drive online growth and commercial excellence across all digital channels.

About the role We’re an ambitious, data-driven e-commerce team focused on delivering seamless shopping experiences and strong sales results. As our Senior E-commerce Sales Specialist, you’ll take ownership of online sales performance - from strategic promo planning and product launches to optimizing conversion rates and category visibility. Your work will directly impact our commercial outcomes and shape how customers discover and engage with our products online.

Responsibilities

Manage the promotional calendar

- co-create and execute campaigns, coordinate promotional terms with finance and legal teams, and ensure accurate website implementation

Activate sales and optimize merchandising

- plan and execute initiatives like cross-sells, upsells, and bundles; analyze product performance and recommend improvements for conversion and sales mix

Lead new product launches

- coordinate pricing and promotional strategies, ensuring smooth rollouts and alignment between online and offline channels

Drive cross-channel coordination

- align e-commerce activities with CRM, influencer marketing, showroom, and retail teams, maintaining clarity through documentation and reports

Conduct competitive and market analysis

- monitor pricing, promotions, and trends to identify growth opportunities across markets and seasons

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in e-commerce or retail sales (preferably with large retailers or D2C brands)

Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnels - from conversion optimization to AOV and retention

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Excel/Sheets)

Solid understanding of commercial principles - P&L, revenue, margins, pricing structures, etc.

Proven track record in promotional planning and product launch execution

Familiarity with category management, merchandising, and online sales activation

Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams

Fluent Polish and good command of English

Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
