SIE is looking for a
Senior Field Engineer
to support various MTA C&D transit construction projects in the Bronx, NY. This position will be responsible for the construction management, including quality, schedule, and overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Construction management of ADA projects
Inspecting, monitoring, and overseeing construction field work tasks at multiple stations
Reviewing contractor schedules and payments
Conducting constructability review
Coordination with MTA and other stakeholders
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Master's degree in Engineering (Preferred)
Licensed Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Certified Construction Manager (preferred)
6+ years of experience in rail construction projects including stations, line structures, communications systems, and track work
Experience with MTA C&D (including NYCT, LIRR, MNR, Amtrak, NJ Transit, and PANYNJ)
OSHA 30 and MNR Safety Training
Expected salary range is $120,000 - $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
