About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Human Resources team . This is an on-site role in Van Nuys, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with onboarding documentation and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Help coordinate HR-related meetings and events
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources
- Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working on-site in Van Nuys
