Duties include general administrative duties such as filing, copying, organizing files, redacting information in files, assisting with mail, answering phones, data entry, labeling envelopes, scanning, and assisting with Board meeting preparations. Team of 4. This is a 6 to 8 week assignment with potential to extend.


20 hours/week - (Mon-Friday or Mon-Thurs if applicant prefers). Actual hours worked each day are somewhat flexible, but they need to be here in middle of day to help with mail.
Hours to be agreed upon prior to finalizing hire.
