This Administrative Assistant position will primarily focus on 3 core areas:

  1. Redacting Behavior Plans containing sensitive and private health information to prepare for annual reviews.
  2. Updating behavior plan-related data fields in a central database system used by DDD Support Coordination.
  3. Uploading approved behavior plan packets into a DDD member's electronic file once ready and writing progress notes to serve as a receipt.

Skills:

  • Database entry
  • Proficiency with Google and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to follow work standards to ensure consistency
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality to protect DDD member information
  • Ability to recognize when support is needed and to seek help appropriately

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience with database systems, computer applications, and clerical data entry
  • Experience in team communication and writing progress reports on tasks/projects
  • Experience working across different team functions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
